Terms & Conditions

We value all of our customers, however if your yard isn’t kept up (e.g., overgrown grass, excessive leaves or weeds), we can't guarantee all waste will be removed. We can only clean what we can clearly see.

As our client, you're responsible for:

  • Informing us of changes in the number of pets.

  • Keeping your account in good standing with timely payments.

  •

If your pet won’t be using the yard for any reason (vacation, illness, etc.) and you'd like to pause service to avoid being charged, please notify us in advance. We're always willing to work through whatever you and your furry friend need!

We assume we’ll have clear and safe access to your yard. If we can’t enter due to locked gates, obstacles, or other issues, the visit will still be charged.

You’ll get a notification when we’re on the way. At that point, any pets who may be aggressive towards our technicians must be secured indoors or safely restrained. If we can't perform the service due to a pet-related safety issue, the full fee still applies. We will always send you a picture of a closed gate to ensure you that we have left and kept your pet safe!

If extreme weather conditions occur, we may need to skip a visit. If that happens, we’ll clean on your next scheduled day. The regular charge still applies, since there will be extra waste to collect.

Either you or we may end the service agreement at any time, in writing. Any unpaid charges must be settled within 3 days. If you’ve pre-paid and cancel, any unused portion will be refunded.

We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, gates, pets, or property.
