What areas do you serve?
We serve Cherry Hill 08003, Voorhees 08043, Marlton / Evesham 08053, Mount Laurel 08054, Medford / Medford Lakes 08055 and West Berlin 08091 in Camden and Burlington counties. Call or text (609) 582-3709 to confirm your address.
How much does dog waste removal cost?
Your price depends on your yard size, how many dogs use it, and how often we come. Yards of 1/8 acre or less see a monthly estimate on the quote card, and we confirm every price before service starts.
Is there a sign-up offer?
50% off first month of recurring service.
How will I know you've been there?
You get a notification when we're on the way, and we always send a picture of your closed gate when we leave.
What do you need from me on service day?
Clear and safe access to your yard. If we can't get in because of a locked gate or another obstacle, the visit is still charged. Any pets that may be aggressive should be inside or safely restrained once you get our on-the-way notification.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first. Severe weather may prevent a visit. Postponed service resumes the following week; missed weeks are not refunded, and accumulated waste is handled at the next visit.
Can I pause or cancel service?
Notify us at least 2 days before a recurring visit you need to skip. Either party may end the service agreement at any time; unpaid charges are due within 3 days and unused prepaid service is refunded.
What if my yard is overgrown?
We can only clean what we can clearly see. If grass, leaves or weeds are overgrown, we can't guarantee all waste will be removed.

Recurring Dog Waste Removal
A few things to know before we scoop.
How often can you come?
Weekly, every other week or twice weekly. Weekly suits active dogs and busy families, every other week suits single dog households, twice weekly suits busy yards.
How many dogs do your plans cover?
The rate chart covers 1 to 4 dogs. With 5 or more dogs, call or text and we'll confirm your price.
Do I have to tell you if I get another dog?
Yes. Let us know about any change in the number of pets, since your price depends on how many dogs use the yard.

Weekly Dog Waste Removal
A few things to know before we scoop.
How often is weekly service?
Once a week. We confirm your schedule before service starts.
How is weekly service billed?
Recurring service is billed monthly in advance on the 1st. Mid-month starts are prorated under our Terms and Conditions.
Can I add other services to a weekly visit?
Yes. Ask for yard deodorizing and sanitizing, waste haul-away or a fly bag with your cleanup.

One-Time Yard Cleanup
A few things to know before we scoop.
How is a one-time cleanup priced?
One-time cleanups are billed by the time they take. Answer the quote questions for the current rate, then we confirm the total before work starts.
Can I start a recurring plan after a one-time cleanup?
Yes. Choose recurring cleanup on the quote card, or call or text (609) 582-3709.
