  • Do I need to be home for the service?
    No, you don’t need to be home during service! As long as we have access to your backyard, we can take care of everything while you're away. For your peace of mind, we’ll send you a photo of your securely closed gate after each visit to ensure your furry friend stays safe.
  • Does my dog have to be inside during service?
    Not necessarily. Your dog is welcome to be outside during service as long as they're comfortable with new people and have shown calm behavior around visitors. Our technicians are trained to work safely around pets and truly enjoy being around animals. That said, if your dog tends to be protective, anxious, or unsure around unfamiliar people, we recommend keeping them inside or secured during the visit, just to make the experience stress-free for everyone, especially your pup.
  • What if it is raining on my day of service?
    We do our best to stay on schedule, rain or shine. Our team is prepared to handle most weather conditions safely and efficiently. If extreme weather like thunderstorms, heavy snow, or dangerous ice makes it unsafe to perform service, we’ll be in touch to reschedule at the earliest convenient time for you.
  • What do you do with my dog's waste?
    We typically bag the waste and place it in the outdoor trash bin you’ve designated. If you prefer, you can choose our optional removal service. With this add-on, we’ll take the waste with us and dispose of it responsibly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
  • How do I sign up for service?
